Eventually, definitely. Let's get the parking lots filled before we start trying to tear down more lots that actually already have stuff on them.

So this summer we'll have 800 people moving into First and Fuse+Evolution Lowrise, next spring will have another 350 moving into Pulse, and summer 2017 we'll have 400 moving into Verve and hopefully another 200 into East Village Tower that same year
Also read in a magazine that CMLC is still expecting the RioCan retail block to go ahead this summer.
