Can't tell about Paris in particular, but in France as a whole, the top-selling car would be Renault Clio, or so I read.
I believe most versions are still hybrid, not fully electric yet.

It doesn't look so bad by today's French standard, which is not great at all, unfortunately.
I wish French auto makers still were in premium vehicles like German brands Mercedes, Audi or BMW.
I guess local designers are just trying to survive Asian competition, that won't be easy.
My only concern is that that car is not even manufactured in France, but in Turkey and Slovenia.
When it comes to e-vehicles, Renault would still be the current winner, with their R5 électrique.

It is both cute and rather affordable as an e-car, so you pass by it somewhat frequently, though e-vehicles are not the ruling norm yet.
Also, that one is 100% made in France, from design to manufacturing.
So I kinda like it.
