Did I read correctly that it will cost $100-million to fix the house? If you Google “$100-million mansion” you get some of the biggest nicest mansions in California. Tear down the old house and build something like those or even half of those! I don’t want us to spend that much tax money on a crummy old house that is that far gone that it couldn’t even be safe enough to have tourist walk through.
