And this is why the notion that fixing 24 Sussex is unpopular because it looks bad for a PM to fix his "own" house is stupid. It will likely take 5 to 10 years to fix once shovels are in the ground.
This isn't like Trump who personally makes plans for the White House and puts them into motion with no oversight.
