The land between VW/Audi and the airport exit from Highway 15 however is airport owned, and is designated "airport services." I think this far more likely ( unless the hotel is built physically attached to the airport).

It could be built over the existing short term parking lot. The hotel lobby could open directly to the existing tunnel entrance.
