Harley - you map - should not include the connection between 417 and 174. First off there is no demand for it - what is needed is the Hunt Club Extension to go right to Brian Cobourn parallel to Innes
Furthermore you can't connect the ring road to 174 where you proposed, there are house right up to the escarpment where you propose the link. Rather it should veer and connect to 417 closer to Russell Rd Underpass since most traffic patterns would follow that route
