Would you give it up already. Local tradespeople aren't perfect and can make mistakes, but this is the case every where else. Even in highly controlled professions like lawyers, doctors or pilots, mistakes get made. Also construction folks make mistakes in other cities, it has nothing to do with the the so called construction mafia.

I'm certain this will get worked out, but it will undoubtedly require more hours than planned, and possibly a plea for more dollars from the construction folks.
