Saw this in the free press today. It's pretty neat...the Free Press asked some architects what they'd build if they had no limits in Winnipeg.

All of these ideas are awesome, imo. Great to see the passion they have.

I can buy the lush garden at Portage and Main even all of the hot air balloons floating by but the most unbelievable is that Winnipeg would actually build an overpass.
