Interprovincial bridge crossing discussion

Is anyone expecting that all truck traffic will automatically transfer over to the new bridge? I don't think so. But it won't hurt to have another crossing over the river to help better disperse some of the traffic at least.

It's like the traffic backlogs caused by the limited bridges across the Rideau.. more bridges = better traffic flows because they aren't all being funnelled across the handful of crossings at Hogs Back, Hunt Club, Strandherd, etc.
