I've been travelling to St Malo recently. In the twinning plans, interchanges at Niverville and Steinbach turn-offs should be included. Actually just mainline the twinned 59 straight onto twinned 52 heading to Steinbach. Make it one highway, full speed, and have an exit to head south on 59 from there.
