I see what they're doing on 75 now. It appears they're rubbilizing the base concrete in order to use it as a base. Therefore it fills in the big cracks and they'll put Bitumous Asphalt on top of that.

That's an interesting process, didn't know that even existed. But I'm relieved that it's not like they're just packing over the current broken stuff. That would be a Bandage on a Broken Bone.
Ah ya. I had done some work for MTI of PTH 75 at the border crossing. And they did they same thing there. Rubbelizing seems like some kind of voodoo.
