By playing dirty ,Ford can can turn people against Toronto. He sometimes mistimes what he does. Like when he ran the Reagan ads in the US. The content was correct , but he the timing of running them was off and he sabotaged talks on possible relief of the tariffs on steel and aluminum.

He might be sabotaging things again.
