My fantasy location for this if it landed in Ottawa would be a purpose-built building on the southwest corner of Wellington and Booth in LeBreton Flats. Close to Pimisi Station and across the park from the War Museum (and the Holocaust memorial) as a reminder of the impact of war and conflict. Put shops and restaurants on the podium to cater to the well paying jobs, and it can also add quite a bit of animation to that area.
