I wonder if the plans for the Clifton townhomes have changed. Or is that not the same project?
The results of the wind study are laughable. They are based on 2018 data, so before the McRae/Scott buildings were built. Anyone that walks there on a slightly windy day knows how bad the wind is, especially during the winter. Why can't engineers use more updated data, that better reflects current conditions.

Another thing: 44 parking spots for 244 units. Great see such a low ratio, but given how many cars line Scott Street between Clifton and McRae, I wonder if that will be enough.
