1950 Scott will block the existing ugly 1960 Scott build basically entirely. So realistically ANYTHING better than that will be a welcome addition.
This might be the lowest bar for a development ever.
Also fyi that article mentions 2026 Scott towers which is Granite Curling club. So they might have the distinction of the nicest and the ugliest buildings in Westboro simultaneously.
