This is one of many problems with modern politics in North America. It's not weakness to change course or reverse course, it's called analyzing results and making informed decisions.
Or it’s blundering blindly into a policy without thinking through the consequences. The only thing good to come out of it is that after titling his biography “Decrim”, Kennedy Stewart has likely torpedoed any future chances of a mayoral comeback or any elected provincial or federal office.
