That corner of Plateau will really look like a proper town centre.

You never struck me as a shy person, even in real life.

Very nice project for Plateau. Between this and Agora accross the street, + the library and park, Plateau is developing a nice true urban town centre.

I think Agora's commercial core was built a little too early as evidence by the many businesses lost. The pandemic didn't help.

I am pretty sure the part pictured is the last floor. The one behind will be 3 storeys taller.

I am sure they could have built double the size of this without a nimby backlash.

I hope Agora businesses get an injection of traffic because they need it. This place is a ghost town most of the time. The recreational area does seem to get a lot of use.

The Pêle-Mêle location didn't seem to do too well.
