That corner of Plateau will really look like a proper town centre.

Very nice project for Plateau. Between this and Agora accross the street, + the library and park, Plateau is developing a nice true urban town centre.

I think Agora's commercial core was built a little too early as evidence by the many businesses lost. The pandemic didn't help.

I think the 8 storey tower is topping out now. The one on the right still has a few more storeys to go.
