This is a major development at 257 - 269 Mt Edward Rd and I'm sure it will spawn reprisals from the Don Reid family of NIMBYS. I was reading this one, too. Sounds like a great project. The developers are prepared to dedicate ground floor space in at least one apartment building for commercial space to help improve walkability. They’re leaving it up to the city, it’s a zoning issue right now, which is sad. The city really needs to encourage residential over commercial.
