I actually think only the vaccine mandate should stay and remove everything else including masking. The mandate does little to stop spread that is now clear but our main vulnerability remains these 10% overwhelming our healthcare system and cajoling them to get vaccinated should continue.
Reaching the endemic point, but not there yet. I'd want to see masking stay until the medical advice supports removal. Particularly in schools, where there are still lots of unvaccinated kids. Slowing transmission is still a reasonable goal. It reduces the opportunity for variants to arise and gives more time for treatments to improve.
