It would be a true gift from our Good Lord if the developer acquires the crappy hotel to the west, and it comes down too.
According to Emporis the Concorde Hotel was built in '83. Honestly the weird pinky glass is kinda ugly but I don't think the form itself is that bad. The combination of not being all that old (that's right 40 is NOT old!) and being nearly 400' tall, I don't see it coming down any time soon, though a reclad would be welcome.
