A little big for this small town of 2,127 but I guess the Montague area needs apartments too. Beautiful Montague should have no problem attracting people to move there.
One thing, I noticed they don't say "affordable housing". The "affordable" word makes people balk at whether they want it in their neighbourhood or not. The identical apartment in Stratford is far away from neighbours. So this affordable apartment had no problem passing the approval stage. Funny it isn't mentioned here or maybe it isn't affordable.
I know that some may think affordable living isn't bad but there is a number of residences who would oppose it.
Is this an affordable living apartment? Anyone know?
