The Panorama must be the "Parkwood"

Good to see developers getting ready for the next cycle, rather than waiting unitl half way through like they did last time. The stock of projects coming up is significantly better than the last round as well.

This is the low rise proposed for the vacant lot at 95 st & 107 ave. Looks like it is going ahead.

Not the most stunning building but it will help fill in Little Italy nicely. And apparently you can get into there for $140k. That stretch of 95th will benefit from having more eyes overlooking the street.

No it is not. Parkwood is another highrise planned for the lot immediately north of the building where the 'Cliff Clavins' used to be.

^ You are right, Panorama would be the Abbey Lane high rise.

The small render in the paper doesn't really show the tower but from the looks of things it will be pretty nice.

Happy that this project has 4 faces, rather then 3 we sometimes see. Not the best looking project, but nice amount of glass 6/10

Tough crowd. I like it. Let's compare it to what else is on this avenue - Peregrine Point and River Vista.

I like it too.
Plus, it'll get rid of those eyesore building that sit there right now.

I do like the glass actually, and the street front will help get more people into the area, I just have never been a fan of that color scheme. Just looks lame is all.

At least it's putting its best face foward. Aside from some office workers/apartment dwellers, who is REALLY going to have to look at the north face of the building? It's mostly buffered by other downtown developments, right?

Is this building east or west of PP (trying to imagine which angles of the skyline could hide that blemish)?

^Actually, the white square would encompass that parking area to the north.
