I'm back in Nashville for the foreseeable future. I can't divulge details, but I can say there is something about to pop. You might be in a bit of a downturn at the moment, but that's just a prelude to even greater things. Hint: a large (F100) corporate relo is coming.

Is this in addition to the Starbucks announcement?

There are nine buildings of 16 or more stories under construction.

It seems so. Starbucks is an expansion of operations (creating a SE branch for growing demand). Texcitement is alluding to a large HQ relocating to Nashville.

On a more positive note, the developers of the St. Regis, Autograph and Intercontinental look ready to go forward. I hear financing is in place for all three.
Irony alert: a year later Paramount is climbing to the sky while it's crickets on the three hotels said to have had financing wrapped up.

He also said there's supposed to be a big relo coming. There's been nary a word on that front.

An updated card regarding the proposed NOBU Hotel with a better rendering.

Yes, I know it's not necessarily a 5-star hotel.

NASHVILLE' HIGH CALIBER HOTEL STOCK

So, there will no shortage of Super Bowl caliber hotels when the SUPER BOWL comes to NASHVILLE in 2030.

But their offices in Nashville Yards are regional offices, not global or national headquarters, which differs from the Paramount/WB merger threats.
