It seems so. Starbucks is an expansion of operations (creating a SE branch for growing demand). Texcitement is alluding to a large HQ relocating to Nashville.
On a more positive note, the developers of the St. Regis, Autograph and Intercontinental look ready to go forward. I hear financing is in place for all three.
Irony alert: a year later Paramount is climbing to the sky while it's crickets on the three hotels said to have had financing wrapped up.
