It looks custom built for a horror movie. Pure Amittyville villain energy. I will give them credit for creating something so uniquely hideous that it is actually hard to tell how old it is without the obvious garage door under construction. If you were to invent a backstory for this thing, like it used to be an orphanage that was converted into apartments, and that the basement once had a crematorium before becoming a a garage I could almost believe it.
