LOL... well duh, Scott... demand is kind of the entire ballgame isn't it? Anybody with a little money can get someone to draw a pretty picture of a building for them... but without demand, a pretty picture is all you have. Are we really surprised there might not be demand for a 2,000 foot residential tower in a city who's current tallest downtown residential building is five stories tall?
