Yes, But the building itself looks pretty accurate, or am I missing something about the actual shape or shape of the tower?

AI or not, it could eventually look liket that, it's alreadt amazing how the existing towers look in several types of lighting/weather. Something most renders don't acknowledge.

I think this AI version is off in height, which is a shame, because the real design is smaller I think.

Compared to footprint...




The last time this tower was under construction, not only the Oculus but the section of Fulton Street separating the site of 200 Greenwich Street and the Oculus had not even been built yet. Interesting to see the contrast from back then to 2026.
