Many cities do that...sometimes spectacularly. Probably not here though. I always question why nothing works here, why nothing big happens here, why nothing can get off the ground here??? Just in the Atlantic region alone....Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Charlottetown, etc., all you see is construction cranes dotting the skyline. Why is that? These threads for other cities update constantly, yet ours can go weeks or months without an entry.....simple because there's nothing to report I guess. It's pretty dismal.
