I doubt the city will decline to renew the operating permit for MSG. While you may think the MSG may consider moving to the Bronx or maybe Queens, there is also the strong possibility that they would also consider and likely enact a move to New Jersey, near the Meadowlands complex or maybe Jersey City, and I am sure NYC or NY state does not want that. So be careful what you wish for...
