Structural steel now up for both retail buildings on the south end of this site. Exterior wall insulation also being installed as they work to enclose these two buildings.

Looks like this new commercial plaza at Southdale and Col. Talbot is just about fully leased out.

It also looks like there will not be a Starbucks. Unless it's the "Speciality Cafe" spot, but the drive-thru has also been removed from the plan, so likely not. I would like to see more independent locally owned cafes across the city, so it will be interesting to see what kind of cafe will be here.

yet another nail salon. I guess there must be a market for this.

As an aside, there are so many pot shops in London, and more opening. Is it just me, or is every third person a dope smoker? Otherwise, how the heck is this profusion sustainable?

Have now got the BMO signage installed on the corner retail building. Foundation footings are starting to be poured on the townhouses on the north end of the property.

The BMO branch is now open. Framing for the townhouses on the north end has started as well.

Framing of the 3s townhouses is now complete. Have already started exterior brick on the east side block. The commercial building immediately south is now up with exterior cladding and finishing well underway.
