Yes, this was noted on SSP about six months or so ago. It is good to see they are working on the internal road network.
I fully expect to see the whole south side of the TCH from here eastward to the Mountain Road interchange to be developed in the next 5-7 years. I imagine the lands east of the Ryan Street/Charles Lutes intersection to be high density and commercial. This whole are will look a whole lot different in 10 years time......
