Very interesting. I'll have to go and have a look-see.

I found this render for 123 Salisbury Road on Slatehill Properties website. It will be called Riverbank Residences:

I had a look-see yesterday. It's mostly flagging material around the property. If I was to guess, I would say they are getting prepared to clear the lot.

What's happeninig behind Days Inn & Suites Moncton?

Looks like they took down the outbuilding in the back, and maybe starting the new condos?

There is a planned 6 story condo by SAMM developments on that site.

Welcome to the forums.

It would be great if they are preparing to build the new condo development, but is there enough room there without tearing down at least part of the hotel?

This is a pretty large building..........

^^^

I took a drive by earlier, and there is indeed fencing up and heavy machinery on site. The fencing wraps around a large part of the property, but it's hard to see from the road.

Interesting.

Between this and the development on Corey Craig Drive, Magnetic Hill is really going to be a hive of activity this year!!!

I took a drive by too. This is unquestionably an active construction site. Maybe that condo building is a go.......

Hopefully, this building is long enough that they will need to bring in a tower crane.

^^

They are digging a square hole that looks like it could be for a tower crane base.

I had become concerned by the absence of any sign of activity regarding the anticipated (phase 2) expansion of the MID West Industrial Park.

I had thought we would see something last year, but here it is late April of this year with no signs of activity.

But this was just posted on CCD Canada:

Quote:
NB - MONCTON
MONCTON INDUSTRIAL PARK W, PHASE 2
[SITE WORKS*] \ NEW INDUSTRIAL PARK
$1,922,000
Not much information in this thumbnail, but, things are still in the works apparently. Given a valuation of less than $2M, I would imagine this is for imitial site prep.

The proposal for this multi-building apartment complex on Corey Craig Drive near the casino received final approval last night.

There is now also a listing on CCD Canada for "Residential Building "B"" on Salisbury Road. so it would appear they plan on constructing at least two of the "Riverbank Residences" buildings concurrently.
