One interesting note is the land along Braker and Stonelake is upwards of 900ft in elevation, above the escarpment. I'm sure the main hospital/office towers will not be far off in scale and height from what's depicted in those renderings. They would really stand out from afar.
This medical center not associated with Ascension Health (Seton). And the "ornamental" towers Ascension began adding to newly constructed buildings in the early 2000's is an homage to the cornette worn by the Daughters of Charity as part of the habits. Ascension is now loosely affiliated with the Catholic Church. Before Ascension's acquisition, Seton was more directly affiliated with the church.

Yes, that stretch of Braker does go from roughly 820' at MoPac to 880' at 183 - so, yes, it will be seen from most of Austin. Pretty cool!
