That's quite the standalone tower there. Many of the Seton/Ascension hospitals have ornamental towers extending above the buildings, but nothing at that scale! I'll file that into the concept/fantasy category for now but you never know

One interesting note is the land along Braker and Stonelake is upwards of 900ft in elevation, above the escarpment. I'm sure the main hospital/office towers will not be far off in scale and height from what's depicted in those renderings. They would really stand out from afar.
