This tower, Sky Tower, is Phase 2. Phase 1, 65 storeys, was completed in 2023. Phases 3, 4, and 5 are still to come, at some point. All are being built on the same site, 1-7 Yonge St.
Below are koop's diagrams. I don't know why, but koops has not made diagrams of Phases 4 and 5. Renders of 4 and 5 bottom.
