A demolition permit has been submitted for the former Dr. Piano at
6426 Bayers Road. This is one of a handful of buildings that are physically in the way of the planned street widening.
I checked on HRM's website and the tender for
Bayers Road Phase 2 - Transit Priority is set to close on March 30th. This would put construction as likely starting in May.
