I'm not sure what's up with
Pita Land. This was first announced about two years ago, but, aside from the windows being plastered with "coming soon" signs, there is little evidence of activity on the site. There is also a sign saying "franchise available." Perhaps the original franchisee backed out.
The Sobeys plaza on Elmwood is another prototypical neighbourhood commercial centre, just like Emmerson Park is turning out to be,
If Pita Land pans out, then this plaza will have 100% occupancy.
