From the elevations posted the actual heights are as follows:

Tower 1B
277m to top of BMU, 274 to the top of roof.

Tower 1A
249m to top of BMU, 245m to the top of roof.

Not sure why they picked such an arbitrary point to measure the height to, but it's not the roof, top of parapet, or top of BMU.
