Re-rezoning was approved in May. To complete development of the two tall condo towers they also have to complete the large rental element for the overall project at 3846 Carrigan Court.

They just swapped out their commercial towers in Toronto 24/40 stories with two more condos/hotel 80/85 stories. They have faith in the market if they find some way to build them
