It sure is interesting. The massing reminds me of the building on Brenton Street behind Trillium, but the cladding is super interesting.
The article mentioned that this is part of phase 2 for Ghosn, and referenced a 35 story phase 3. With the bump on Boa Vista, and the corner lot next to the Sportsplex looking good to get approval, plus of course Brooklyn Yards and Manga... this area is insane!
