Halifax Planning Case 2024-01065
This is the Stage 2 development agreement proposal for Building 'J' now known as
BRIGHTWORK. This will be 15 floors with ~95 units. There are townhouses and a small commercial building planned. The iconic part of this building will be the restaurant which is two-storeys tall with a large outside, covered patio and unobstructed views across the harbour to Downtown Halifax.
Fares has stated the emergency access will be constructed this year by Dexter. It will be between The Kevel and Brightwork. They plan to start construction on Brightwork later this year and if things go well the next building will be a ~30-storey building.
