This is a wonderful project for the community board one neighborhood. It will increase housing in New York City, a city that largely and widely needs new housing. Mayor Eric Adam has a great proposal to address New York Cities large housing shortage with his goal to bring in 100,000 new residential units and make an effort to bring the population of manhattan to one million residents. This will cater to families precisely by encouraging large units that can hold families.
