Yeah. Their projects are high end with design, materials and amenities that would fit in DC or NYC seamlessly. It's a shame they cut down the mature trees on Broad Street but I imagine they had no other choice because they kept them for 75% of construction? Hopefully phase 2 and 3 of this Washington Ave project aren't far behind.
I'd love for them to take control of the Penn's Landing site if Durst can't get anything shovel ready in the next 3 years when the park is done. Although they are historically anti union so I'm not sure how that would go for a Delaware Waterfront project.
