The more scaffolding that comes down and we see the facade the better this looks. It’s really puts Lincoln square to shame.

Yeah. Their projects are high end with design, materials and amenities that would fit in DC or NYC seamlessly. It's a shame they cut down the mature trees on Broad Street but I imagine they had no other choice because they kept them for 75% of construction? I'd love for them to take control of the Penn's Landing site if Durst can't get anything shovel ready in the next 3 years when the park is done. Although they are historically anti union so I'm not sure how that would go for a Delaware Waterfront project.

Post taking over that project would be a dream come true. I have no idea how ANYONE partners with those Durst bastages.
