That being said, the office sector is still hemorrhaging. There's a "flight to quality" for newer developments than can offer the best location, amenities, access to fresh air, etc., but generally the market is bad shape.

Honestly, any project on the docket that has any office component can probably be written off for the time being. The problem is isn't just that companies are ditching office space, but that even with larger companies, they are going to eventually downsize to a model of co-working where people come in and reserve space they need for the day. It's going to take years for the dust to settle on all of this. For the time being, seems like we still have some momentum on the residential/hotel side of things, especially when I see the recent news on 400 LSD.
