And then you have those panels on the south face which are very visibly mismatched with the surrounding materials. They are precast concrete made north of Seattle. I agree granite, like across the street on Wells Fargo building would have given the building a better look. Right now it looks like drying out grey concrete. A cheap look, but lets wait and see what the bottom five floors will look finished.
The only granite I see is the black granite blocks on the 6th floor.
