As others have stated, I too don't like this development at all. You can only use the land once barring future expropriation, and why would you want to go down that road anyways? Poor road accessibility (that interchange is deceiving), poor access to rapid transit (something you'd want with a 'campus'), little/no regard for the true cost of building here. Three strikes. You're out.

Agreed. This looks like another project that has quick bucks coming in but will end up costing the city more to maintain and care for in the long run.
On a similar thought - why exactly is this needed? We have two universities now (UofA and Grant Mac), as well as a buisness program at NAIT. I'm not even aware of whats offered at Concorida (is that Edmonton?), Kings, or NorQuest. Just seems like we don't need it.
