Commercial retail near a hospital tends to service the hospital and isn't likely to be very popular beyond the hospital needs. So a big pharmacy, maybe a few quick dining options and/or simple banks.
But don't expect a Walmart or Canadian Tire or Sobeys to move in as the retailer under a parking structure.
