Thanks for explanation, I haven't been following the Edmonton market too closely.
8 storeys - I thought is was 12 to qualify as a high rise. If 8, you can add two more to downtown Victoria, the Hyatt Centric hotel and the ten storey Telus Ocean office building for a total of 10.
