Finished: ??? (I found a few sources which suggest this was built in 1931, the same time as the adjacent Byzantine Church. However, given the architecture design, I doubt this is a 1930s building. So I've left this blank. While Mr Posnett lived in the early 20th century, I am not convinced that the building was actually built by him in 1931. It was likely constructed later and named in his honor.)
